Pros:

• Clients could get a full vision of what it would look like if they lived in the home. Allows them to feel more comfortable and connected with the space

Cons:

• Most common con is that the photos can be misleading. This is great for the seller because minor problems can be covered, however, some people may feel different about a space once they actually arrive to the home.
